Three-axis fabric "T.W.F"

It is utilized in various fields due to its unique characteristics that are specific to three-dimensional fabrics.

"T.W.F" refers to a triaxial woven fabric where the weft yarn is organized with two directions of warp yarn intersecting at a 60° angle, with each yarn woven at a 60° crossing angle. In contrast, what is generally referred to as fabric is a biaxial structure where the warp and weft yarns are woven at a 90° crossing angle, known as Biaxial Woven Fabric (hereinafter referred to as B.W.F.). The performance of the fabric is governed not by maximum strength but by minimum strength in relation to deformation forces, leading to research and development based on the idea that eliminating directions with extremely low strength is beneficial. With this concept, our product is developed as a material that does not have the structural weaknesses of B.W.F., and leveraging its unique properties, product development is being advanced in various fields. [Features] - Extremely lightweight, thin film - Weft yarn organized with two directions of warp yarn intersecting at a 60° angle - Each yarn woven at a 60° crossing angle *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
